About our memorials....
So often when we lose a baby during pregnancy or infancy, our loss goes unacknowledged by those around us. The earlier the loss, the fewer means of support and ways to honour our babies there seem to be. I have created these memorial pages as a way for us to celebrate and honour all of those tiny lives who have left their footprints on our hearts. Please feel welcome to add your own entry to these pages to remember your own special little one. It is my hope that this will help all of us as we begin to heal.... |

I found out on Mar 10, 2009 that you were coming, my Dr. saw you both on a scan while he was looking at a tumor on my ovary. Its a miracle! he said, but your chances are slim. I didnt care about the cancer anymore You guys gave me hope and now even though I never had a chance to hold you or see your smiles, I love you both so much . I'm sorry you never got to meet your brother or your sister they would have loved you. Your daddy and I miss you, but we will always keep a spot for you both in our hearts.

We were going to have a little baby boy Jonah Baker Brown his name means dove messanger of perfect peace and happiness. I can't tell you how my heart broke when the dr told us he was gone. We heard a heart beat but it was the ambilical cord pumping to him he was gone. I was 16weeks into it and I miss his little kicks. I know he is in a better place and at perfect peace. We did have a funeral for him and we said goodbye after my D&C. With God peace and help we are making it through this hard time. He is missed and loved.~our little dove is under the dogwood tree by my daddys grave.~ We love you mommy and daddy. Psalms 91

I had a miscarriage in Nov. 09 and immediately got pregnant again the next month. Needless to say we were very surprised and a litle apprehensive. At this time I had just turned 45. I thought everything was going good when at my 8 week appt. the ultrasound did not show a fetal heartbeat. You had stopped growing at 7 weeks, 1 day. I was devastated. We have decided not to try again. The emotional trauma is too much to bear. Now God has 3 of my angels with him. (in my twenties I miscarried also)Good luck to everyone else out there is who is pregnant, may this not happen to you.

I love you dearly. Words can't describe how happy I was when I found out you were a little girl. 10 weeks later, I thought I was in home labor, but really you were born. I had no symptoms. I opened the sack and looked at how precious you were. I kept your body and sack and buried you in Olive Branch. Azalea, you will always be my little girl. One day in heaven, I will give you a great big hug.   Your my baby and I love you.

When I found out I was pregnant it was the worst thing that could have happened to me not only because the baby's father wanted nothing to do with me but because I wasn't ready to do this on my own. But as time went on I fell in love with this little peanut growing inside me and I knew that I wanted to keep it but sometimes what you want isn't exactly what's going to happen and destiny had other plans for one of us. So on March 24th 2008 I had a miscarriage and it was the worst thing that could have happened to me.
