Kimberly is available to take your inquiries by telephone Monday through Friday, from 8 AM-3 PM Eastern Standard Time, (902) 659-2667 Extension 1. We would be glad to help you with any of your questions, concerns or order status updates.

We are most easily reached by email, due to the fact that we are often in the workshop making your pieces. If you do not receive an answer by telephone, please email us. Your email will be given a case ticket, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

 

Please note: Although I truly appreciate the meaningfulness of these pieces to my clients, and the urgency with which they wish them, please do not select our home extension if we are not in the workshop and office. I will not be able to handle your inquiries when I am at home, as I do not have my computer with me, and will ask you to call back and leave a message on voicemail for when I am back at work.
